The Kenton Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on December 13, 2024 by the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners, Ordinance No. 24-52 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Kenton CDD is located entirely within Pasco County, Florida and consists of approximately 119.51 acres of land. The site is generally located south of County Road 52, west of County Road 577, north of Overpass Road and east of Interstate 75.
